The Municipality of Villasis hosted the regular monthly meeting of the Federation of Senior Citizens Associations of the Philippines (FSCAP)-Pangasinan Chapter. The FSCAP President, OSCA Head's and MSWDO's from different towns of Pangasinan attended the meeting wherein Honorable Amado T. Espino, Jr.-Governor of Pangasinan was the guest speaker, ably represented by Ex-Mayor Ramon M. Morden, the Executive Assistant, Office of the Governor.. The FSCAP President is Mr. Cesar I. Mina of Villasis.
