\          Recently, Mrs. Soledad Obedoza-Montilla, a balikbayan of Poblacion Zone I, Villasis, Pangasinan has donated to the Municipality of Villasis a parcel of land with an area of 17,999 sq. meters located at Brgy. Piaz. Mrs. Montilla personally talked to Mayor Nonato S. Abrenica and has signified her noble intention to donate her property solely for the purpose of developing housing project for Gawad Kalinga.
       Mayor Nato has accepted said donation and has subsequently donated the same to GAWAD KALINGA, for and in behalf of the Municipality through SB Resolution#14, S. 2008. According to Mrs. Montilla the future community will be called "Don Anacleto Obedoza  G K Village" in memory of his late father. In behalf of the townspeople of Villasis, Mayor Nato thanks Mrs. Soledad Obedoza Montilla for the great deed. May your tribe increase!
