The Ladies’ Brigade (LaB) of Villasis in coordination with the LGU Villasis and Sigma-Beta Tau Phi Titans Univesity of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery conducted free circumcision to 405 boys held at the Villasis Public Auditorium on May 12-13, 2018.
Operation Tuli is a project of LaB held every summer which aims to provide free circumcision to young boys in the municipality.
The activity was facilitated by the volunteer doctors of Titans Fraternity, LaB officers headed by LaB President Nenita Mari, volunteers from Municipal Health Office and Barangay Health Workers. Free medicine was also distributed.
Mayor Nato and Former Mayor Dita Abrenica, LaB Founder, awarded the Plaque of Appreciation to the Sigma-Beta Tau Phi Titans of the Univesity of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine during the closing ceremonies of the mission.
