QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Villasinian, whether resident or non-resident, whose parents or family roots trace back to Villasis
- Must be 15–19 years old on the date of the Final Competition
- At least 5'0" in height
- Must be single and of good moral character
- Must not have joined any provincial, regional, or national beauty pageant
Come in NO MAKEUP. Let your natural beauty and authentic personality shine.
