Mr. Virgilio Y. Tabogader took his oath as the new Office of the Senior Citizens Affair (OSCA) Head during the monthly socialization of the Sr. Cirizens this municipality last June 22, 2017 with Mayor Nato administering his oath.
Prior to his appointnment , which was done in consultation with all Presidents of all Barangay Sr.
Cirizens Assn., Mr. Tabogader was President of the Lipay Sr. Citizens of Lipay and Secretary of the Federation of Sr. Citizens of Villasis (FSCAV). His term of office will be three years starting July 1, 2017.
