The following public Libraries were awarded Plaques of Distinction for being the best-performing Beyond Access Philippines Star Libraries, carrying out innovative and relevant 21st Century library services to their communities! Keep it up!
Davao City- first city to be a Beyond Access Philippines partner and Star Library
Bacolod City Library- inspiring training of Senior Citizens, by batches and by setting up their own distinct organization of alumni that become ardent supporters of the library
Urdaneta City Library- Innovative children’s service, Bloom library excellence. The library has been active in documenting blom book creation and usage.
Cavite Provincial Library- Tech4ED training, digital literacy, leadership in the province, helping libraries in the area
Villasis Municipal Library- Bloom library excellence, early reading and promotion mother tongue through their Bloom corner. The Municipal Library is being handled by Merly S. Zambrano.
