Villasis centenarian Mrs. Juana M. Quirona of Barangay Lipay received a ₱100,000 cash incentive from the National Government through the National Commission of Senior Citizens (NCSC) on September 22, 2026.
The cash incentive and Certificate of Recognition were personally awarded by Ms. Arline Caye Oredina of the NCSC on behalf of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr., in coordination with the Local Government Unit of Villasis and the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO).
The awarding was witnessed by Mayor Dita Abrenica, MSWDO Caretaker Haidee Suyat, FSCAV President Elizabeth D. Bade, Lipay Senior Citizens President Lorenzo Ramolete Jr., Mrs. Arlyn Manalo, and members of Mrs. Quirona’s family.
