Once again, Villasis Municipal Library Tech4ED Center made it to top 3 among public libraries in Luzon Cluster II and top 4 with highest increase in number of registered Tech4ED Platform users among library partners nationwidefrom May 4-31, 2017.
The services offered by the Tech4ED project has been enticing more clients thus making an impact to the library.Clients who came to the library availed the services under the eGovServe segment particularly making appointment for the application/renewal of clearance with the National Bureau of Investigation, request copy of birth certificate from the Philippine Statistics Office and making individual/group appointment schedule for passport application with the Department of Foreign Affairs. Moreover, students and researchers, navigated eEduskills’ Starbooks Online and Rotary eLibrary for their informational needs.
To avail of the services of the Library specifically those under the Tech4ED platform, you need to come personally to the library and with the assistance of the staff, you will create your e-mail account and register as member of the Villasis Municipal Library Tech4ED Center. Once you are a member, you can use/navigate the platform. Every time you want to avail any services of the platform, just inform the Tech4ED manager or any of the library staff to issue you a token and have an unlimited access to the various services provided by the Tech4ED project.
